Ruth is a clinical psychologist specializing in life coaching. She earned a B.A. in music from Yale University, a J.D. from the University of Virginia, and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Adelphi University. She received her coaching training from MentorCoach (www.mentorcoach.com), and is both a Certified Mentor Coach (CMC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (www.coachfederation.org). As a lawyer, she worked both in government and on Wall Street. As a psychologist, she worked for six years at an outpatient clinic in the Bronx before opening her own practice in 2000. |
